Head Office Staff

SWDA has well-structured organogram which is divided into different teams. SWDA has Program Team composed of Program Director, Monitoring Evaluation and learning, Nurse Counsellor and Planning Policy capacity development. Finance Team, Finance and Administration Head, Accountants and cashier. Human Resource Team with general service and program admin staff based at field offices.

 

Finance Team

SWDA Finance Team is responsible to handle all the financial management of the organization and maintain the compliance of the donors / funding agencies. Preparation of financial reports to all concerned bodies.

Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Team

This team is fully responsible for the overall system management of the organization’s project activities and developing reporting systems for all concerned bodies. It needs the development of Data base for more improvement of the project monitoring and evaluation systems.

Human Resource & Managment Team

This team is responsible for the human resource management of the organization. Keep records of all employees. Record the performance of the staff for evaluation of the effectiveness. Follow up the procedures of recruitment and manage the resources of the organization in well systematic patterns.
