UNDP and SWDA Launch Disability-Inclusive Project in Ethiopia

The Siiqqee Women’s Development Association (SWDA), in partnership with the Federal Civil Service Commission and with financial backing from the UNDP, has launched a new initiative under the “Transforming the Public Sector for Improved Service Delivery” project.

Key Project Goals:

• Accessibility: Providing supportive devices to individuals in need.
• Inclusivity: Creating disability-inclusive working environments, specifically targeting the Kerfe Kebel office and its surrounding areas.

This initiative is part of a broader national effort to modernize the Ethiopian civil service by enhancing institutional capacity and ensuring equitable service delivery for all citizens.
