Empowering Change: SWDA Hosts Resource Mobilization and Business Development Training

From July 7-9, 2025, Siiqqee Women’s Development Association (SWDA) hosted a three-day capacity building training on local resource mobilization through business development at its head office. Conducted in collaboration with the JETHRO Leadership Management Institute, the training equipped SWDA staffs from various professional background with skills in effective resource mobilization and sustainable business practices. Participants valued the interactive sessions, practical exercises, and expertise provided by JETHRO, expressing enthusiasm for applying their new knowledge to benefit their organizations.
